New Balance’s Made in UK brings us another excellent release this week, bringing together a wealth of colors and materials for the new 1500 ‘Selected Edition’, available now.
New Balance’s footwear options are often celebrated for their attention to details and quality of both materials and construction. This is largely attributed to the brand’s commitment to making their sneakers in places like the United States and England, where they house special facilities specifically used to create the brand’s most prestigious releases. The latest of these comes from the Flimby, England facility, and celebrates the 1500 silhouette with a new ‘Selected Edition’. This NB release features a number of specially-selected colors and materials, like smooth nubuck in pink for the heels, a forest green suede mudguard, brown pigskin collars, and shades of blue for the mesh base layers.

New Balance’s fresh ‘Selected Edition’ Made in U.K. 1500 released earlier this week directly from the Brand’s website where it is still available in select sizes. While a fair amount are sold out already, we are expecting this pair to arrive at select retailers in the near future, retaining the price tag of $225 for the elevated look.
