The first project from CLOT and adidas launched last month, delivering an upscale take on the classic Superstar. Next month, the silhouette returns in a new glossy black leather finish.
Last year, Edison Chen’s CLOT label ended it’s long-standing collaborative relationship with Nike, and announced a new team-up with adidas. During the Fall, we got an early look at what to expect from the new partnership, including woven styles of the Samba, Campus, and Gazelle. Their first released debuted last month, in the form of the Superstar, modified with elements from men’s dress shoes. Now, a second color scheme is set to release in April. The new style pits the dressy Superstar in a glossy black leather, adding the Three Stripes and midsole accent in plain white.

The next release of Edison Chen and CLOT’s take on the adidas Superstar is scheduled to arrive soon, on April 12th, 2024. Casting the dressed-up silhouette in glossy black leather with white accents, pairs will be available from the adidas Confirmed and CLOT for $200.
