Emma Stone, who stars in “Poor Things” and “The Curse,” walked the red carpet during the Golden Globe Awards 2024 in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton on Sunday.
Stone arrived on the red carpet wearing strappy gold stilettos. The shoes created a cohesive look to the ensemble allowing the rest of the outfit to stand on its own.
Stone opted to wear open-toed sandals to match the springy vibes of the rest of her outfit. The sandals revealed a dark merlot toe nail polish which was a contrast to the neutral-toned dress.
Her semi-sheer floor-length gown by Louis Vuitton was accented with floral adornments that matched the rosy background of the Golden Globes red carpet. Stone’s gown had a plunging neckline and thin barely-there straps. The bottom of the dress featured a high leg slit that ran up the middle of the gown showing off Stone’s stilettos.
Celebrity make-up artist Rachel Goodwin gave the actress a soft natural make-up look with light blush and a subdued pink lip. Stone styled her long-bob down with a slight curl to the ends.
While on the red carpet, Stone was joined by Greek filmmaker Yorgos Lanthimos who directed the 2024 film “Poor Things.”
Stone is nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for her role as Bella Baxter in “Poor Things.” The actress is also nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series – Drama for her role as Whitney Siegel in the show “The Curse” co-produced by Showtime and A24.
In 2023, the actress was the brand ambassador and star of Louis Vuitton Women’s fall/winter 2023 campaign, and in 2019 Stone was the face of the luxury brand’s fragrance Coeur Battant.
The Golden Globe Awards celebrate the top performances across film and television. This year’s ceremony is hosted by comedian Jo Koy and features a star-studded afterparty presented by Billboard and Rémy Martin. Viewers can watch the Golden Globes live on CBS and stream on Paramount+.
