Nike’s Air Huarache remaster has been making the rounds since it first launched early in 2021. This week, we have our first look at a fresh new colorway seemingly inspired by Nike’s classic Miami look, coming soon.

Nike’s thirtieth-anniversary celebration for the Air Huarache appears to be stretching into 2022, as evidenced by a number of new colorways still on the horizon. Remastered to mimic the original 1991 run of Huaraches as closely as possible, Nike has been pumping out fresh colorways of the vintage runner all year long, with plenty still waiting to be deployed in the new year. Today, we have an early look at what has been dubbed a “Miami” iteration of the Huarache, thanks to its vibrant blue and pink accent colors. The look begins with a metallic silver toe box and neoprene tongue, while the mudguard, quarter panels, and heel counters come in a dark anthracite black tone. The midfoot neoprene and inner lining come in the bright aqua blue shade, while a pink heel and tongue branding complete the Miami look.
