Queen Camilla has been seen wearing the silhouette many times before. When it comes to footwear, she tends to favor neutral silhouettes for royal appearances. Over the last couple of months, she has gravitated mostly towards this pair of black boots. Since the start of the year, she’s also been seen in satin and suede kitten heels.

Queen Camilla visited several businesses in Northern Ireland. She started her day visiting the bakery to learn about how the bakers continue to use traditional Ulster baking methods with no machinery involved. Afterward, she made an appearance at other businesses like Coffey’s Butchers and Arcadia Delicatessen.

About the shoes

Queen Camilla’s current favorite pair are Russell & Bromley’s black Dressage boots. The knee-high boots featured a suede upper with an almond toe and side zipper closure. The sleeve created a ruched look around the ankle. The set was completed by a short block heel that gave about 2” of height to the look. Camilla has been seen wearing the boots on several occasions over the last year, including QIPCO British Champions Day back in October. Her daughter-in-law Kate Middleton is also a fan of the set.

Russell & Bromley’s History

Russell & Bromley has specialized in luxury footwear and handbags since 1880. Its’ sophisticated silhouettes are now easily recognized because of their craftsmanship and innovative design. While the British brand has expanded throughout the U.K., it is still run and owned by the Bromley family, specifically led by Roger Bromley, great-grandson of the founder.

Queen Camilla’s Shoe Style

When it comes to footwear, the queen favors block-heeled pumps for formal occasions. In colder months, she’ll favor knee-high or riding boots. Just like her consistent rotation through the same silhouettes, the queen tends to gravitate towards footwear hailing from Chanel and U.K.’s Sole Bliss.
