Kylie Minogue is entering summer with a burst of glamour — and a dose of dynamic “tension.”
As the musician begins her latest musical era in the 2020s with her upcoming 2023 album, “Tension” — and its first single “Padam Padam” — we’re taking a look at her most glamorous looks so far this year. Indeed, it’s been a runaway several months so far for Minogue, who’s made the rounds at Paris Fashion Week shows for brands including Valentino and Miu Miu in both feminine velvet and dynamic sequined suiting.
Elsewhere, the “Spinning Around” singer pursued ventures — including promoting her namesake wine brand and attending the F1 Grand Prix of Australia — in outfits that were still dynamic with a softer edge, like a monochrome white suit or rose-hued silk dress. All of the aforementioned looks, however, were paired with a mix of height-boosting heels that emphasized glamour and optimism, from metallic silver heels to towering satin platform sandals.
Minogue kicked off the year on a high note at Valentino’s spring 2023 couture show in January. For the “Le Club Couture”-themed affair in Paris, the “Disco” musician embodied high-wattage glamour in a vibrant yellow blouse and matching suit — featuring a golden blazer and trousers coated in layers of shimmering, light-catching sequins.
During Paris Fashion Week, Minogue went back to black in a chic layered outfit for Miu Miu’s fall 2023 fashion show. The musician was spotted prior to sitting in the front row in a chic black velvet button-up dress with a bow-trimmed neckline and matching jacket, layered atop sheer black tights. The set was complete with a soaring pair of the brand’s black satin bow-topped platform sandals and its quilted white leather shoulder bag.
Later in March, Minogue was romantically dressed for the world’s biggest wine fair, ProWein, while promoting her Wines by Kylie Minogue line. For the occasion in Duesseldorf, Germany, the “Get Outta My Way” singer slipped on a ruched dusky rose silk dress with a set of gleaming metallic silver heeled sandals.
To take in the F1 Grand Prix of Australia in April, Minogue was sharply suited in a white double-breasted suit atop a matching blouse while posing for photos with Red Bull Racing Team Principal Christian Horner at Melbourne’s Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit. The “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” singer’s ensemble was smoothly paired with black sunglasses, as well as a white quilted leather Chanel flap handbag.
