Katy Perry attended a Dolce & Gabbana event Friday night in celebration of the brand’s new fragrance, Devotion, at Macy’s Herald Square.
The “Roar” songstress stepped out in a pair of champagne-colored pointed-toe heels. The hitmaker’s footwear featured pointed toes featuring intricate embossed detailing made to look like leaves or feathers. From the pointed toes, Perry’s heels featured slightly shiny uppers and thin suede straps that sat just below her ankles, threaded through buckle closures to secure the pair in place. Thin 2 to 3 inch stiletto heels rounded out the sleek and sophisticated set.
The musician is a big fan of interesting footwear. Beyond her personal collection of shoes, Perry’s namesake footwear brand is filled with unique styles, much like the ones found on her feet on Friday.
Matching her neutral footwear, the “Last Friday Night” singer was outfitted in a tan strapless dress featuring a bodycon fit. The garment was comprised of a shiny vinyl bodice and midsection that transitioned into a silky skirt.
Worn overtop her dress, Perry sported a white tailored jacket featuring structural shoulders and light pink buttons. Accessorizing her ensemble, the “American Idol” judge toted a pastel pink leather mini bag featuring dazzling gold heart-shaped hardware which she accompanied with matching gold heart-shaped earrings. The heart motifs found on her accessories mimicked the same detail on the bottle of Dolce & Gabbana’s Devotion fragrance.
In a general sense, Perry has previously been seen in pointed-toe pumps, flats and mules by labels like Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta and Manolo Blahnik. For footwear, the “Hot N’ Cold” singer’s shoe style is bold and sleek. The television personality often coordinates her shoes to her ensembles both on and off the stage. Off-duty, Perry gravitates toward comfortable sneakers and slides by Adidas, Saint Laurent and Birkenstock.
