New Balance’s England factory has been churning out exciting releases this year, and this week is no different. Today, the brand launched the classic 1500 in a subtle new grey color scheme, available to reserve now.

New Balance’s factory in Flimby, England, has been pumping out special releases over the past year, seemingly taking on the entire workload for the MADE series as pairs from the USA continue to disappear from the market, with nothing new to replace them. This is fine with us, as the team in Flimby has crafted some of the best sneakers we’ve seen in recent years. This week, the classic 1500 runner emerged in a fresh new color scheme, giving the fan-favorite silhouette a makeover almost entirely in solid grey, combining mesh, nubuck, and leather layers to create the upper. This pair’s accent color comes in the form of bold blue embroidery decorating the ‘N’ logos and tongue branding, completing the look.
