adidas is building out their lineup of lifestyle sneaker inspired by their history of performance basketball models. This week, they’ve introduced a new silhouette, the Mad IIInfinity, available now in a grey & cream white palette.

Over the last few years, adidas has revamped the Crazy line. The franchise was originally the signature models for Kobe Bryant, before he parted ways with the Three Stripes for Nike. After that, the line was renamed Crazy, and continued to grow and add more performance ball shoes in the ensuing years. Now, adidas has repurposed those models as lifestyle sneakers, reengineering and recrafting silhouettes for the modern day, like the new Mad IIInfinity that launched this week. Bearing a somewhat close appearance to the Kobe 2, the new model is an interesting exploration of bulky sneaker trends, featuring a tremendously tall midsole tooling and unique, curved upper. The silhouette is now available from the brand, offered in this grey mesh and cream white leather palette.
