The model often favors ensembles with bodycon silhouettes, as well as textures ranging from lace to sheer, for formal occasions. In 2016, Kostek hit the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Sports Awards red carpet in Los Angeles in a lacy white dress with her boyfriend, Patriots football star Rob Gronkowski. The knee-length number included long sleeves and a delicate hem, paired with nude strappy sandals.
At Roman Media Inc’s “Celebrating Women in Film and Diversity in Entertainment” fashion show and after-party in 2017, Kostek brought out her nude heeled sandals yet again. This time, they were worn with a gray dress with a daring thigh-high slit beneath a pink satin jacket.
In 2018, Kostek posed on the red carpet backstage during the 2018 Super Bowl party for Rolling Stone. For this occasion, she showed her edgy side in a black sheer long-sleeved top tucked into a red leather miniskirt embellished with eyelets and buckles. Hoop earrings, a red crossbody bag and over-the-knee black suede boots finished her look.

Kostek’s slickest look to-date came in the form of a sultry cobalt blue minidress at the launch of the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
