Patta Adds Durable Cordura To Their Converse Chuck 70 And Weapon

Street icons get utilitarian upgrades.

Patta Adds Durable Cordura To Their Converse Chuck 70 And Weapon

Patta is one of the sneaker industry’s favorite collaborators, having worked with some of the biggest brands to produce a variety of memorable pairs in recent years. While word of a Patta collaboration conjures thoughts of New Balance and Nike Air Max shoes, the retailer has also made an imprint on iconic Converse models, most recently the One Star in March of 2023.

Now just over a year later, Patta writes the next chapter of its collaborative Converse catalog through two storied silhouettes; the Converse Weapon and Chuck 70.

Both models are given durable overhauls with tactile, Cordura fabric uppers, an ethos that’s carried onward by metallic eyelets and dark color treatments. The Chuck 70 wears a hazy green pattern with screen printed “All-Star” logos and stitched Patta tongue branding, while the Weapon presents entirely in black.

Enjoy official images of both pairs below and mark your calendars for this release on April 4th; $140 for Weapon and $130 for the Chuck 70. In related news, check out rumors surrounding the potential return of the Patta Nike Air Max 1 Chlorophyll in 2024.
