“Light Lemon Twist” Marks An Electric Women’s Nike Air Max Plus Drift

A radiant look for one of this year's best new models.

“Light Lemon Twist” Marks An Electric Women’s Nike Air Max Plus Drift

Though the introduction of the Nike Air Max Dn has certainly stole headlines ahead of Air Max Day, a fellow rookie model in the Nike Air Max Plus Drift hasn’t been any less impressive. In the very first leaks of the shoe, it was clad in a lively, bright adornment of green and yellow. As the warmer months approach, we’re finally getting a detailed look at that colorway with the Nike Air Max Plus Drift “Light Lemon Twist.”

The volt-adjacent shade is the dominant one here, encapsulating the flame-like, wavy upper alongside black detailing. Within that synthetic cage, a subtle gradient takes the underlying mesh from neon green to teal to royal blue, the latter peeking out at the very rear. The “Stadium Green” that peeks out from the outsole on the exterior side provides one additional complementary shade.

While the formulation has somewhat taken a backseat within the Nike catalog in recent years, it’s no shock that once again, the combo of neon and black works wonders. It’s especially true on a model like the Nike Air Max Plus Drift which is unabashed in how it wears eccentricity in its design.

The Nike Air Max Plus Drift “Light Lemon Twist” is set to release this summer in women’s sizing. Anticipate a $185 price tag, the same one previous Drift releases have commanded.

Ahead of the March 26th holiday, take a look at the royal & volt Nike Air Max 1 “Air Max Day.”
