The adidas 4DFWD “Tokyo” To Launch On July 3rd

The adidas 4DFWD “Tokyo” To Launch On July 3rd

Only a couple weeks away, the Tokyo Olympics has inspired every sportswear brand to put their best, most active foot forward. adidas, following a string of performance basketball offerings, is due to focus their attention on running, expanding the colorways of their innovative 4DFWD with a “Tokyo” inspired make-up.

Here, the printed sole is dressed similar to appearances previous. An aged off-white is used throughout the lattice structure, matching even the tread pattern underfoot. Above, the knit is rendered in a full white, while its stripes contrast like the eyelets in deep black. Elsewhere, the heel displays a pop of “Solar Red,” rounding out the palette in homage to Japan’s two-toned flag.

Expect more Tokyo-inspired colorways to appear alongside. The 4DFWD is set to release via adidas.com on Saturday, July 3rd.

In other news, a new GYAKUSOU Nike VaporFly NEXT% has appeared.
