The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Yellow Toe” Will Release This Summer

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Yellow Toe” Will Release This Summer

Jordan Brand has remixed the Air Jordan 1‘s classic “Black Toe” makeup to create popular new colorways like “Pine Green” and “Court Purple” in the past months, and now they’re altering it yet again to create another fresh style: the “Yellow Toe.” Using a crisp white leather for the midfoot and stark black leather on the mudguard, Swoosh, and throat, the shoe’s bold accents arrive via a taxi-style yellow on the toebox, heel, collar flaps, and outsole — a color blocking scheme nearly identical to the one used on the above-mentioned pairs. In an interesting twist, the “Yellow Toe” is also nearly identical to Shinedown guitarist/lead singer and noted sneaker collector Zach Myer’s Air Jordan 1 PE, created for the band’s “Attention Attention” album in 2018. Grab a detailed on and off-foot look at these new AJ1s below, and expect a release later this summer for $160 USD.
