How To Buy The Social Status x Air Jordan 6

How To Buy The Social Status x Air Jordan 6

Of the robust slate of sneaker releases set for this All-Star week, Social Status’ collaboration with Jordan Brand might be the toughest acquisition due to its sheer limited nature. Designed in collaboration with shop founder James Whitner, this premium grade Air Jordan 6 Retro, inspired by MJ’s “Black Cat” alter ego, features a lux fur upper with snakeskin overlays for a uniquely elegant take on this iconic silhouette. They kept things OG with the icy outsole and the color-blocking, while the hits of Concord purple draw connections to the host city of the All-Star Game.

Here’s how to purchase: Social Status and Jordan Brand have partnered up for limited issue release at the Social Status store in Charlotte, NC, with a complete in-store build out complementing the design of the shoe as well as the city’s ties to Michael Jordan. Consumers will be able to purchase the shoes on a first come first served basis, and online at socialstatusnc.com. Additionally, Nike SNKRS will release the shoes in very limited quantity on February 21st, 2019. MSRP for the shoes is set at $250.
