Tyler, The Creator Teasers Upcoming Converse “Grinch Le Fleur” One Star

Tyler, the Creator’s steady rise toward the top of today’s modern hip-hop pantheon has been years In the making. His quirky, nuanced way of going about his endeavors started as the frontman for renegade hip hop troop Odd Future and has since turned into numerous collaborative sneaker efforts with top brands as well as incredible headlining sets at the world’s leading music festivals. With one of the most dedicated followings in music, Tyler’s die-hards always knew what he was capable of, but now with a much more significant presence in the public sphere, the spotlight is his for the taking. His latest project has him responsible for curating the sound track for the newest Grinch remake, and the team over at Converse has a special One Star lined up to celebrate Wolf Haley’s foray into film.

Cleverly dubbed the “Grinch Le Fleur” – a play off the artist’s Golf Le Fleur Converse capsules – this One Star comes dressed in the menacing creature’s familiar kelly green fur with frowning eyes embroidered into both the lateral and medial heel. Tyler’s signature sunflower-patterned outsole is in full effect in a matching green hue, opposite of a set of seasonally red insoles with co-branded detailing. While no official release information currently exists, you can expect these Grinch Le Fleurs to release sometime in the near future to help you steal Christmas.
