As a nod to the popular Air Jordan 5 that debuted all the way back in 1990, Nike Sportwear will be adding the “Grape” design to the Air Max Plus for this spring and summer season.
The purple and turquoise colorway has been used on various different silhouettes throughout the years but somehow no matter how or when it returns, fans go crazy for the theme. Just in time for spring and summer, the Nike Air Max Plus will be getting decked out in a rendition it’ll be hard to pass up on for the warmer days.
Featuring a white mesh upper that’s detailed by fading rubber overlays throughout the entire silhouette in the usual AM Plus fashion that opts from a translucent to purple outlook. Purple and black leather overlays are added to the mudguard and heels while black Swoosh logos are added to the sides and outlined in teal. A white rubber midsole, teal Air unit and eclipse plate, and a black outsole complete the new design.
