The adidas Falcon is making waves this year. First released earlier this Summer as a women’s exclusive, the retro silhouette is starting to hit retailers in a wide variety of colorways, with some options for men as well.
Originally released in 1996, the adidas Falcondorf quickly became a hit running shoe for the brand. Now, over 22 years later, the silhouette has returned, this time simply as the Falcon. Recently dropped in a handful of colorways for women, the Falcon is ready to launch in a range of new colorways sometime this Fall. The two new colorways of the adidas Falcon slated to arrive soon are some of the cleanest and simplest yet. First, one pair is dressed entirely in an all-white makeup. The different layers and materials of the shoe use different shades of white to create the effect of depth when looking at it. The mirror-like pieces on either side are present as always, as is the jeweled adidas Originals logo on the tongue and heel. The second pair coming soon has a much less straightforward look, instead, mixing in plenty of colors. The base of the shoe begins with a smooth off-white, almost grey tone. Next, the lower layer running around the sole is painted in an airy green hue to pop, with a dash of faded pink on the outsole to give it a “Watermelon”-like feel. Finally, the new colorway is finished off by grey and black hits around the shoe for detailing.
ADIDAS FALCON WHITE & WATERMELON RELEASE INFORMATION
The next drop of the reworked adidas Falcon is expected to release soon, though no official date has been announced yet. The “Watermelon” and “Triple White” colorways will retail for the usual $100 price tag and launch from both adidas and select retailers.
