Crocs is leaning into K-pop with its latest collaboration, courtesy of South Korean girl group Aespa.

On Instagram, the comfort-focused shoe brand teased its upcoming launch — dropping on Tuesday — with a new campaign, starring the group’s core members Karina, Winter, Ningning and Giselle. In the imagery, the foursome pose against a starry purple sky, wearing their collaborative take on Crocs’ Stomp Clogs.

Aespa’s $100 version of the chunky, fluff-lined foam shoe features its signature perforated uppers, rounded toes and thick ridged soles. However, the pair’s hue is given a galactic feel with a light blue base, which transforms into light purple at its top for an ombré appearance — a colorway that’s also seen in its adjustable fluffy straps.

Within the collaboration, the two-toned style is also joined by a $25 pack of Jibbitz charms; the 5 rubber accents, which range from a star and a heart to “Aespa” lettering, were all individually designed by each of the group’s members.

Crocs’ Aespa clogs feature the same silhouette as its Stomp platform clogs — complete with their soft lining and 2.1-inch heels, as seen on the brand’s website. Apart from Aetna’s collaboration, the brand currently offers the $80 shoes in colorways of black, pink, blue and more.

Crocs’ collaboration with Aespa is its latest co-branded release for 2023. This year, the FNAA-winning brand has also launched limited-edition products and collections with a range of labels, celebrities and pop culture brands, including Hershey’s, Levi’s, Palace and Satisfy, among others.
