It looks like Action Bronson has another hit New Balance collaboration coming soon.

The rap star shared an image Wednesday on Instagram of the outsole of a sneaker, without providing a look at the shoe in its entirety. Action Bronson added a simple caption to the post: “ROSEWATER. BY BAKLAVA. COMING 2024.”

Although the model was not revealed in the social media post, the outsole appears to be that of the New Balance 1906R. It features several colors, including blue, red and the classic gum outsole hue. The photo also shows a volt-colored shoelace draped over the outsole.

The photo was taken by Tyler Mansour, also known as Arab Lincoln, a famed photographer and owner of Makeshift Studio.

Although New Balance has been quiet about the collaboration and Action Bronson has only revealed a teaser image, the rapper appeared on “The Complex Sneakers Show” mid-month and discussed the upcoming collab. He said he has three colorways of the New Balance 1906R slated to arrive in April/May,” and the colorways are named “Medusa Azul,” “Scorpius” and “Rosewater.”

This year, Action Bronson lent his design prowess to another popular New Balance silhouette, the 990v6. The rapper and the Boston-based brand delivered two acclaimed colorways of the Made in USA shoe in 2023: the bold “Baklava” and the more subdued “Lapis Lazuli.” The “Baklava” colorway arrived in March and “Lapis Lazuli” debuted in June.

Although both colorways sold out at retail long ago, they are both available on the resale market. For instance, the Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 “Baklava” is available now on StockX, with pricing currently ranging from $210 to $1,000. As for the Action Bronson x New Balance 990v6 “Lapis Lazuli,” pricing on StockX currently starts at $150 and climbs to $500.
