Joey King made a case for neutrals while attending the 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The “Kissing Booth” actress walked the gray carpet wearing a pair of nude Andrea Wazen pumps. The pointed-toe heels featured a sheer vamp and an ankle strap that attached to the foot bed. The pumps brought height to the look with a stiletto heel that was about 3 inches tall.
King paired the heels with a nude chiffon Givenchy gown. Attached to spaghetti straps, a black satin panel laid along the bust and draped down one side of the sheer skirt, meeting with the floral design around the waist. The dress was accompanied by a pair of black sheer opera gloves. The set is from the designer’s spring 2024 collection.
The actress completed the look with silver-toned jewelry, opting for two sparkling rings, a pair of hoops and a necklace featuring deep blue gemstones.
The actress has a few projects in the works, including “Despicable Me 4” and Hulu’s “We Were the Lucky Ones.” She will also be the leading actress in the upcoming Netflix film “A Family Affair,” alongside Zac Efron, Nicole Kidman and Sherry Cola.
The 30th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards are held at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall. For the first time, the ceremony will be livestreamed on Netflix. Winners are determined by members of the SAG-AFTRA union, which includes over 119,000 performers across the film and television industry. Barbra Streisand will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award.
