Saucony is bringing back their limited-edition releases this year, after taking some time off due to the ongoing pandemic. Kicking things off is Melbourne’s Up There store, launching the beautiful “Doors to the World” Shadow 6000.

Saucony’s special projects and collaborations division has been somewhat quiet over the past year, but they appear to be ramping things back up this month, with the announcement of a new release from Melbourne-based sneaker boutique Up There, celebrating the slow return of international travel with the “Doors to the World” Shadow 6000. Inspired by world travel (specifically around Europe), and the doors that it can open for individuals, the Up There Shadow 6000 begins with a light tan colored mesh base layer, reinforced by deep olive green tones for the 6000’s standard suede overlays. The Saucony river logo and other mid-layers shine through in hot pink patent leather to complete the look.
