Nike’s Air Force 1 continues to arrive in new styles and colors, this week emerging in a brand new “Shroud” edition, drawing comparisons to a fan-favorite collaborative edition from a few years back.

Nike’s classic Air Force silhouette has emerged in dozens of different variants and special-edition pairs in the past few years, so we are always looking for the Swoosh to spice things up with something new. This week, we got an early look at a new Air Force 1 Low Shroud that covers that base, if not by taking its inspiration from the Travis Scott’s Air Force projects from several years back. Featuring a construction of premium materials, this new style adds a zippered and removable shroud to cover the lacing system, constructed from both suede and canvas for a reversible, customizable look. Seen here in a second, new colorway, this pair mixes shades of ‘Stone’ grey across its canvas and suede upper, while neon blue and red tones add accents to the inner lining, zipper, and backside of the shroud.
