The New Balance 992 retro run is in full swing, with new colorways surfacing on a weekly basis. Today, we have an early look at a colorful new Summer release, covering the shoe in contrasting red, white, and blue.

The beloved New Balance 992 is back, and fans of the silhouette are eating up each new release faster than the Boston brand can produce them. Luckily, they have plenty of new colorways in the works for 2020, giving everybody a shot at something they like. The latest new color scheme to surface for the 992 covers the vintage runner in a red, white, and blue color scheme, a patriotic look for a number of countries. This 992 begins with a mixed blue and white mesh base layer, with blue pigskin suede overlays along the mudguard, quarter panels, and heel, while small patches of red pop up along the toe box and collar. The midsole is split in two tones, white for the heel and red for the forefoot, while a bright red New Balance ‘N’ completes the look.
