However, fans of the brand will also be quick to note that 2021 marks 20 years of another classic 99X family member, the 991. Luckily for us, New Balance has been releasing low-key hits with the 991 all year long, crafting excellent new colorways like this “Olive Green” pair we have an early look at today. One of New Balance’s fan-favorite in-line color schemes, this pair mixes grey base layers with lush green suede to achieve the subtle yet wonderful look.

New Balance’s latest colorway of their vintage 991 running silhouette, this time dressed in a smooth shade of olive green, has been scheduled to release next week, on November 11th, 2021. Celebrating the shoe’s twentieth anniversary, pairs will be available from select retailers like Solebox for $240.
