Last month, adidas announced the launch of a new series of collaborations focused on the EQT family to celebrate  30 years of the fan-favorite line. This week, Canada’s Livestock kicked off the project, starting with an EQT Running Support 93.

The adidas EQT line was born from one simple principle: everything that is essential and nothing that is not. The premise of the EQT design language began with stripping back all the flashy and unnecessary components of running shoes from the late 1980s, and parring them down to the most basic parts. Thus, adidas Equipment was born, inspiring a wide-ranging line of products in the years to come. This week, Canadian boutique Livestock was given the opportunity to kick off the Three Stripes’ latest EQT retro adventure, highlighting the Running Support 93 as their silhouette of choice. Inspired by prototype sneaker and the art that goes into making them, this Support 93  features a synthetic suede upper paired with semi-translucent micro-mesh panelling, and grid-like pattern overlays and markings to further accentuate the prototype inspiration. The color palette is mostly shades of grey, with hints of EQT green and gold hues to complete the look.
