This Summer, rumors have begun to emerge that Jordan Brand will be reviving the Air Jordan 17 sometime in 2024. Now, more information regarding specific colors is rolling out, like this ‘University Blue’ pair expected sometime in Spring.

The Air Jordan family features nearly twenty different shoes that Michael Jordan played in during his NBA career, though most sneakerheads have a special affinity for the original 10. However, some fans still have praise for the later models, like the Air Jordan 17, which is rumored to be returning for a run of retro releases in 2024. Releases in 2002 as one of the most expensive Jordan sneakers ever, the model was inspired by Aston Martin cars, and came packaged in a metal briefcase to indicate its status. This week, we have word that another classic color scheme will release as a part of its return, this time in ‘University Blue’. There is still little to no information regarding the shoe’s return, but we will likely learn more by the end of the year.
