The adidas Ultra Boost DNA continues to act as the brand’s premier canvas for experimentation. This week, the UltraBoost ClimaCool 2 DNA returns in new colorways for Spring.

adidas ClimaCool technology has been a recurring element in the Three Stripes seasonal releases since its introduction in 2022, making this year the twenty-year-anniversary of the pivotal innovation. The last time we saw ClimaCool make a strong comeback was in 2017, when the original models were reintroduced to the brand’s offerings, in addition to new sneakers featuring the breathable designs. This year, adidas integrated the technology with the UltraBoost DNA, creating an unlikely mashup that works surprisingly well together. This week, two new colorways of the UltraBoost ClimaCool 2 DNA surfaced, showing off tonal “Indigo” and “Total Orange” colorways for spring 2022. While the orange pair is pretty solidly colored in one uniform hue, the Indigo look mixes in shades of electric blue to give it a dynamic look.
